Zonta get together

More than 80 people attended the Areas 1 and 3 meeting in February with Zonta Club of Brisbane and Brisbane Metro Breakfast Club as co-hosts.

The meeting included clubs from Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and the Gold Coast.

Our club was well represented and contributing in many ways as MCs, facilitating sessions, taking registrations, selling raffle tickets and meeting and greeting invited speakers and guests.

The program was of a high standard and invited speakers Cathy Hunt, from the Women of the World Festival, Trish Walding, Queensland Rugby League, Gabriella Behr, District winner of the Women in Technology Award, and Karen Lyon Reid and Jenny Clark, Lady Musgrave Trust all gave informed and insightful presentations. All in all it was a great day!
